Ordering Policy & Terms Boxes

Pieces : All jewelry is 100% handmade in the USA by Katy Mims, I am not a reseller of imported or manufactured items. All beads and metals used are handpicked to ensure top quality. Detailed descriptions are available for each piece to make you feel confident with what you are purchasing. Of course, if you have any additional questions, please, always feel free to contact me with them. I respond to e-mails on a daily basis.
Prices : All Ohio residents will be charged 6.75% state sales tax.
Delivery :

All pieces displayed here are available and ready for complimentary shipping either the same or next day. Notifications are sent by e-mail once items are shipped. All items are shipped via US Postal Service; please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Packages arrive in beautiful purple gift boxes with a jewelry care card.
Payment : South Paw Studios accepts Master Card and Visa.
Return Policy: I stand by my work 100%, if there is any kind of defect, or if you are unhappy with any item, please notify me via e-mail or phone within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund. However, please be aware that these items are not intended to be worn during sporting activities, swimming (especially in salt water), sleeping etc...so please refer to the Jewelry Care section for proper handling. Mistreatment of items does not constitute a refund; an exchange may be possible but will be subject to a repair charge (depending on damage of item).
Repairs : I will repair any broken clasp free of charge and restring / resize any pieces (including rings) for a labor charge ranging from $3-15 plus cost of additional or replacement beads.
Privacy : Your personal information and e-mail address will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared with another company for any reason. It will be used strictly for correspondence about orders, feedback, e-mail newsletters and other information relating to South Paw Studios.
